Shannon Moreno

Shannon Moreno (CA) studied ballet with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet Professional School and the Rudra Bejart Ballet in Switzerland. Shannon has worked as a dancer with the Gothenberg Opera Ballet in Sweden, the Deutsch Oper am Rhein in Germany, LinkDance and Wen Wei Dance in Vancouver Canada.

She has worked with choreographers, such as Christopher Bruce, Mats Ek, Richard Wherlock, Maurice Bejart, Youri Vamos, Robert North, Peter Bingham, David Earle, and Judith Marcuse. From 2000-2008, she worked in Canada, Germany and Brazil as an Independent Teacher, Dancer and Choreographer.

In 2003, she established Science Friction (SF), with Co-Artistic Director, Farley Johansson, to create and present contemporary dance. Most recently she has been engaged as the Ballet Mistress/Assistant to the choreographer for Johann Kresnick, Nanine Linning and Marco Santi in the Osnabrueck Stadttheater in Germany.
