Kicking off the 9th year of LUCKY TRIMMER we are thrilled to announce the move to our new home in Berlin's renowned fringe theater Sophiensaele beginning this spring, with our 17th production. As one of the most successful venues of its kind in Berlin, the freshly renovated Sophiensaele is tightly connected to a broad European network of dance and theater endeavors, promising much new energy and exposure for our cult-status shows.
Our most recent call for applications attracted 267 choreographers from all over the world. It was a tough job but from the sparkling pool of entries we have chosen eight stellar productions to present in our new production: In LUCKY TRIMMER #17 you will encounter curious insects, sultry samba, happy loners, die-hard couch potatoes, hidden treasures and of course, dance, dance, dance!
